• local anaesthesia; sedation may be quoted separately,
• transfers and a patient coordinator.

What changes the price

1. Number of implants — All-on-6 costs more than All-on-4.
2. Final bridge material — monolithic zirconia, layered zirconia or a titanium-reinforced hybrid.
3. Bone augmentation — grafts or sinus lifts if required.
4. Zygomatic implants for severe upper bone loss.
5. Sedation or general anaesthesia.

Red flags when comparing clinics

• A "total" price that does not include the final bridge.
• No CT scan before a final quote.
• Unknown or unbranded implant systems — ask for the brand and an implant passport.
